About Fresh Produce
Fresh whole tamarind pods for restaurants, juice bars, candy makers and grocers. The sour-sweet pulp is the base of agua de tamarindo, tamarind candy and tamarind salsa in Mexican kitchens, and of pad thai sauce, sour soups and chutneys in Thai and Indian cooking. Sell the pods whole, or shell and soak them to make pulp in-house.
