The questions buyers ask before their first order.
What is the minimum order?
50 lb per product, and any amount above that. You can mix products on one quote, so a first order can be 50 lb each of several lines.
How do I get a price?
We don't publish prices because ours follow the market. Add what you need to a quote list, send it in, and you get one quote back with every line priced at the day's cost.
How large an order can you supply?
From 50 lb trial runs to full-scale shipments of up to 50 metric tons (110,000 lb). Orders go out palletized, as full truckloads, or in containers.
Can I collect from the warehouse?
Yes. Pickup is at our Los Angeles warehouse, 747 S Central Ave, Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm.
Do you ship outside Los Angeles?
We coordinate shipping, freight and logistics across domestic and international markets, including palletized shipments, full truckloads and container loads.
Can you supply on a recurring schedule?
Yes. We support both recurring and one-time bulk orders, from consistent weekly shipments to large single deliveries.
Are your products certified?
Santa Maura is Kosher Certified (VK), and products meet FDA, USDA and Customs requirements.
