Banana Chips – Dried are sweet, crunchy sliced chips for snack mixes, bakery garnishes and repack programs. A consistent slice and texture make them predictable to blend and portion on co-packing lines, and they sit alongside nuts and dried fruit in Caribbean, Indian and Southeast Asian-inspired snack ranges. Foodservice operators use them as a garnish; wholesalers and co-packers run them through repack programs.
Like every Santa Maura product, banana chips are bulk only: 50 lb minimum per order, any quantity above that, priced at the day's market cost. Add them to a quote for pricing.
