Cashews – Whole are buttery, creamy and slightly sweet, supplied shelled and whole. They go into snack blends, sauces, dairy alternatives and baking, and they form the base of Indian korma and curry gravies, Chinese cashew chicken and Thai stir-fries. Consistent quality means predictable roasting and processing, and the nuts portion cleanly for foodservice or co-packer repack programs.
Santa Maura supplies cashews wholesale only: a 50 lb minimum per product, any volume above that, priced at market cost on the day of the quote. Add cashews to your quote request.
