Flax Seeds – Whole are a bakery and cereal ingredient valued for texture and nutrition. Whole seeds add crunch to breads and other baked goods, bulk out granola and cereal mixes, and give functional food products a source of omega-3 fatty acids and fiber. They are easy to fold into high-volume recipes without changing the process, and the same seed works for ingredient use and for repack programs selling to retail.
