Deep red-purple and tart, with a flavor often compared to cranberry, Hibiscus Flower is the dried whole flower. It is steeped for agua de jamaica in Mexican kitchens, for sorrel drinks in Caribbean cooking and for Middle Eastern karkade, and it is a standard component in tea blending. Large-batch infusions for beverage lines, syrups and sauces all draw on the same flower, and the consistent cut supports commercial use.
Santa Maura sells Hibiscus Flower in bulk only, from 50 lb upward, with every order quoted at the day's market cost. Goods ship from our Los Angeles warehouse by pallet, truckload or container, or can be collected Monday to Friday, 7am to 3pm. Add it to your quote request to get current pricing.
