The flavor is earthy and mushroom-like with a deep umami note, and the can is ready to use, which cuts prep time and keeps results consistent from one service to the next. It fills quesadillas and tacos, folds into sauces and fillings, and gives restaurants and specialty producers an authentic Mexican ingredient without any in-house processing.
