Mild and fresh-tasting, Parsley – Whole is a dried leaf herb that keeps its green color and aroma well, which makes it useful both as flavor and as a visible fleck in the finished product. It goes into Italian sauces, meatball and sausage mixes, Mediterranean soups and rice, Middle Eastern tabbouleh-style blends and kofta, and onto prepared foods as a garnish. Foodservice and manufacturing lines use it where fresh parsley would wilt or discolor.
