Pumpkin Seeds (Pepitas) – Natural are hulled, unsalted seeds with a mild, nutty, slightly sweet flavor. In Mexican and Latin American kitchens they are toasted and ground into pipián and mole verde, scattered over salads and soups, or blended into salsas; on the manufacturing side they go into snack mixes, bread and bakery inclusions. Consistent size and texture keep roasting and processing predictable at production scale.
