Raisins – Dried are dried whole grapes with natural, fruity sweetness. They go into bakery goods, snack applications, trail mix and cereals, and into cooked dishes across the cuisines Santa Maura serves: Mexican picadillo, Indian pulao and kheer, Middle Eastern rice, and Southern puddings and breads. Consistent texture supports large-batch production and repack programs.
