They go into bakery goods, snack applications, trail mix and cereals, and into cooked dishes across the cuisines Santa Maura serves: Mexican picadillo, Indian pulao and kheer, Middle Eastern rice, and Southern puddings and breads. Consistent texture supports large-batch production and repack programs.
Sold in bulk only, from 50 lb per order and any amount above, quoted at the day's market cost. Raisins ship from the Los Angeles warehouse by pallet, truckload or container, or are collected Monday to Friday, 7am–3pm. Add them to a quote to get current pricing.
