Hot mint tea, iced beverages and mojito-style drinks are the first uses for Spearmint – Whole, a sweet, fresh-tasting mint leaf, and it also works in Middle Eastern, Mediterranean and Mexican cooking, seasoning yogurt sauces, lamb and kofta, tabbouleh, and Mexican caldos and albóndigas. The whole dried leaves retain their aroma well in storage and can be steeped, crumbled into a dish or used as a garnish.
