Thyme – Whole is dried whole leaf with an earthy, herbal, slightly minty flavor that keeps its aroma and color well. It seasons roasts, soups, stews and spice blends: Caribbean marinades, Southern braises, Italian and Mediterranean herb blends and Middle Eastern spice mixes. High-volume kitchens and blenders use it as a standard dried herb for long-cooked dishes.
