Arbol Chile – Whole (Stemless, Yunnan) is a hot chile, 15,000–30,000 SHU, with bright, sharp, clean heat. Because the stems are already removed, the pods go straight into grinding, steeping or sauce production with less prep labor, which matters on high-volume Mexican salsa, hot sauce and spice-processing lines. Consistent pods help standardize heat and yield from run to run.
