Arbol Chile – Whole (Yunnan) brings hot, clean heat at 15,000–30,000 SHU with a bright, sharp flavor and little else to get in the way. It is the working chile for table salsas and hot sauces in Mexican kitchens, and a common input for spice processors who grind it down for blends. Whole pods let a plant control how much heat is extracted and when, and a stemless version is available for lines that skip the trimming step.
