Cut to a uniform 3-inch length, Cinnamon – 3" Sticks are sized for individual servings and smaller vessels. The flavor is sweet, warm and spicy. The short stick suits beverage infusions and specialty drinks such as Mexican café de olla and Indian chai, as well as Middle Eastern rice and braises, dessert syrups and back-of-house preparation. Because each stick is the same length, portioning for foodservice, production batches or retail repack is simple.
