Cinnamon – 5" Sticks are whole sticks cut to a standard 5-inch length, with sweet, warm, spicy aroma. The longer stick suits beverage programs: café de olla and ponche in Mexican kitchens, chai and spiced milk in Indian ones, Middle Eastern tea, and hot cider and mulled wine. Consistent sizing makes portioning easy, and the sticks double as a decorative garnish in specialty drinks.
